These past few months have been filled with a lot of good ministry opportunities and connections that were made.
In August I was asked to speak at a worship and prayer event at Kings University. It was a powerful night! Then I was also asked to speak at the Youth Revival Service in the gymnasium at Vanguard. I brought my good friend, Blair Ewaskow to share his testimony to the youth. After his testimony I preached the gospel message with a deep emphasis on Romans 6.
I also had the privilege and the honour to be asked by Dr. Sreepati to pray a blessing over his brand new physiotherapy clinic. It was just me and a Hindu priest who were asked to come to do the blessing. After the Hindu Priest did his blessing, I came up and felt the Spirit of God telling me to read John 1:1-18 and John 3:16-21 and explain the gospel message. Then I laid hands on Dr. Sreepati and prayed for him and his building. There was around 85-100 people there, and almost everyone was not a believer.
At the end of August I had the Joy to attend the 25th World Pentecostal Conference. I witnessed many experiencing a refreshing of the Holy Ghost in their life at this conference (including myself!). I also met with a number of pastors, ministers, deans, and general superintendents from literally all around the world. In fact I had a divine appointment, I was supposed to meet with an evangelist, but plans fell through. So I was not sure what to do for lunch. As I came downstairs I randomly met this minister from Dallas Texas who invited me out for lunch. At the lunch I met three other pastors. One of them was from India. Since that time this pastor and I have been talking about ministering together in India and Canada in the future. And the minister from Dallas has since then been chatting with me about ministering in the future as well. I also met with Dr. Ann Gillies who took a video of my testimony, and then met with Dr. John Tellman and his lovely wife for lunch.
In September when I was on my honeymoon with Rebekah Pipke, we attended a the Aloha Church Kauai where we met Pastor Silvin, and a couple who served in the church. The couple even took us out for two Sundays for lunch! Such a wondeful connection to make there.
Lastly, for the month of October I was honoured to preach at Heimdal church for Thanksgiving. I challenged everyone to record and write down everything God has done for them.
And then of course I am still at Shepherds Care helping lead services every Wednesday night.
I want to say a huge thank you to those who faithfully donate to this ministry!
